Our son Rafael was diagnosed with a severe left-sided diaphragmatic hernia at 23 weeks in utero. He's been a fighter ever since. This is his (and our) story.
What a difference (almost) two years make. We are set to welcome our two new sons, Luca and Xavier, and couldn't be more pleased, whole, and hopeful. Our family is getting a new start. Thank you for that, Rafa Bird, and our many living angels who have made this dream a reality.
Wow it's amazing the technology that they have these days. He looks lovely. Can't wait to meet him.
